Manual 9500HD-S
You can search your recordings, set bookmarks and edit them. While in playback press the ZOOM key or move the cursor in Media Player display to the magnifying glass symbol and confirm with OK. An edit window opens offering the options “search”, “cut”, “bookmark”, “delete” and “back”. Arrow right/left allow fast search, the progress bar and the display in the upper right corner of the Media Player indicate the precise position within your recording in h: min: sec format, next to it the total recording time is displayed. The FAV key sets bookmarks for easy location of these positions during playback. The RED key deletes bookmarks already set.
You also have the option to erase unwanted parts like advertising blocks using the function “Cut”. Press the Arrow key up or down. The Arrow keys up/down and the FAV key change their functions now and the RED key aborts your operation. The FAV key sets the starting point of your cut, red marks appear over and under the progress bar. You may either continue normal playback until you have reached the end of your intended cut or you use the Arrow key right to move forward fast. Pushing FAV a second time marks the end of your cut and the system will prompt you for confirmation. Selection of “yes” and confirmation with OK executes the cut. If you want to abort while setting your cut marks, you push RED and start from the beginning. The Back key closes the editor window.
